  • Welcome reception (Monday, 26 of October)
  • Coffee breaks
  • Access to all scientific sessions
  • Lunches of Tuesday and Wednesday
  • Activity : Networking & social evening on Tuesday
  • The gala dinner (Thursday, 29 of October, Nancy City Hall)

What’s optional :

  • Lunch-bag for the last day of conference - 16,50€ VAT included
  • Accompanying person for social events - 200€ VAT included
